Add the frozen bananas, almond milk, matcha powder, and agave to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and thick. Transfer to a loaf pan and freeze for at least 2 hours. Post Yoga Ritual: Hygge Tea

What is your post yoga ritual? I usually prepare myself a tea to relax and to calm down. One of my favorite recipes is this one based on fresh ginger and lemon. Ginger has strong anti-inflammatory effects, which helps preventing a cold. It is warming and refreshing at the same time and super easy to pepare. Ginger has long been considered as a healing food for all kind of illnessess. Energy Bowls - Quick & Easy

This is the perfect snack before or after your yoga workout. It is easy to prepare and you probably have all ingredients available at home. If not, you can always replace them with some other healthy options. Almonds contain a lot of good fatty acids and proteins, making them the perfect ingredient for vegan recipes.      Ingredients    1 cup of gluten-free oats 1 tablespoon of tigernuts 5 dates (without stone) or dried apricots 3 tablespoons of brown almond butter Pinch of raw cacao powder 1 tablespoon of chia seeds Pinch of cinnamon powder Optional: 2 tablespoons of almond milk Directions 1.
