If you are living in Frankfurt, grab your bike and go to the Niddapark. There is a small lake over there,where you can find plenty of bear's garlic. Bring a little basket, so that you can collect the leaves. You can't miss the spot, because there will be probably other people, collection, too. On Lohrberg you also have some spots, where you can find it in the forest.
At home, wash the bear's garlic and then put in a blender. Add some olive oils, a bit of lemon, pine nuts and (vegan) parmesan. Blend it alltogether and keep it in the fridge. This dip is perfect with potatoes or bread.
