During this class we gonna work on all parts of our body and the subconcious mind too. Take that positive feeling from the class with you throughout the weekend - feeling energized and happy.
What you need:
- quiet space in your appartment (ideally close to a wall) - a good wifi connection - a laptop (smartphone is not recommended) - a yoga mat - a comfy sport outfit - 2 blocks and a yoga beltif needed(2 big books or a scarf will also do the job)
How it works
- purchase the class online - check your inbox for the confirmation e-mail (check spam folder, too) - click on the link in the e-mail and join online via your laptop
