The 60min class starts slowly and gets more dynamic. We will work both on strength and flexibility, because well in life, we always need the balance.
Everyone is welcome, no matter if you are a beginner or advanced yogi. Your instructor will show you different variations to adjust it to your level.
We will finish the session with some relaxation and soft music vibes - the perfect way to get you into the "Feierabend" mood.
What you need:
- quiet space in your appartment (ideally close to a wall) - a good wifi connection - a laptop (smartphone is not recommended) - a yoga mat - a comfy sport outfit - 2 blocks and a yoga beltif needed(2 big books or a scarf will also do the job)
How it works
- purchase the class online - check your inbox for the confirmation e-mail (check spam folder, too) - click on the link in the e-mail and join online via your laptop
