Yoga is for EVERYBODY. Seriously! During my classes, we use our breath and our bodies, maybe sweat a little, and finish up with some yummy relaxing stretches. It doesn't matter whether you're a complete beginner or full on advanced yogi, my classes are for everyone! Even if you are currently pregnant*!
*you might feel more comfortable to practice this more dynamic type of yoga if you've practiced yoga before or if you are in your second trimester.

How it works
Find a quiet space in your appartment (ideally close to a wall). Ensure a good wifi connection. It is recommended to use your laptop (it works also on the phone, but we don't recommend it). Have your yoga mat, a comy outfit, some pillows, yoga blocks (or books) and yoga belt (or scarf) ready. After your booking you will get the access link to the livestream class via email with further instructions.

Hi, I am Melissa, a certified Hatha, Vinyasa and Holistic Prenatal Yoga Instructor practicing yoga since 2011. My classes are a fun mix between traditional Hatha and Vinyasa for all levels, focusing on the breath and giving special attention to alignment. Through these techniques, I hold space for my students to find that point of connection between body, mind and spirit.
