Wanna learn more about matcha and how to prepare it? We gonna explore what makes matcha so special and energizing. We will ship you a sample of matcha and explain you step by step how to set up your own morning matcha ritual to start energized into your day. We will also integrate a short meditation. Duration: ca. 45min, Saturday
- a bowl or flat mug - plant-based milk (soy or oat milk works fine) - a fork and a teaspoon - hot water (80 degrees) - optional: something to sweeten it up (honey or agave syrup or blended dates)
Important, please order 3-4 working days before the event to make sure that you still get your matcha on time.
How it works
Find a quiet space in your appartment (ideally close to a wall). Ensure a good wifi connection. It is recommended to use your laptop (it works also on the phone, but we don't recommend it). After your booking you will get the access link to the session via email with further instructions.
