Calm down your mind and reconnect with your body with this slow, yet relaxing yoga class. After warming up the body with some gentle sun salutations we flow in line with the breath and finish the sequence with some meditation at the end. Your body will thank you later :)

Bring around: Your yoga mat and wear a comfy outfit. Make sure to bring some sun screen, a bottle of water and something to cover up.Â
