On Sundays we chill and relax! We focus on the yin - the soft and feminine part of yoga. A lot of the poses require you to release the muscles and to LET GO. That's why it's not unusual to stay 3+ min or longer in one pose. Your body gets supported with some props like blankets to relax even more.
So finish the week with some relaxation and join our dear yin yoga teacher Melanie virtually on the mat. Your body will thank you later!
What you need:
- quiet space in your appartment (ideally close to a wall) - a good wifi connection - a laptop (smartphone is not recommended) - a yoga mat - a comfy sport outfit with some socks and a pullover - 2 pillows and a blanket and if you have a yoga block (big book will also work)

- purchase the class online - check your inbox for the confirmation e-mail (check spam folder, too) - click on the link in the e-mail and join online via your laptop

Switch off your micro to avoid background noise. You can also switch off your camera if you don't want to be seen by the others
