Get to know your 57 facial muscles! All BEGINNERS are invited! In this meeting, we will go through the basics of facial yoga, where the essence is muscle activation. We will learn 2 fundamental exercises - the first warms up and activates almost all facial muscles; the second focuses on the corners of the mouth that hold the lower part of the face and indicate the state of our life energy. In the end, we will relax the face with a gentle self-massage, which can be very soothing. Duration: 60min
