If you are looking for a yoga class, that combines different elements from vinyasa, yin, hatha and ashtanga, then look no further, you are at the right spot! Ronja will welcome you on the mat at the Isar. Flow on the mat and listen to the sounds of the waves. Duration: 60min. Max. 5 students.
How it works
Bring your yoga mat and wear a comfy outfit. Make sure to bring some sun screen, a bottle of water and something to cover up. If it rains, the class will be still outdoors but underneath the bridge "Brudermühlbrücke", that is close to the original meeting point.
Hi, I am Ronja. After spending some time in a Yoga Ashram in India, the yoga addiction was real and I decided to do a teacher training myself. I went to Nepal and joined a 500hours multistyle education for Hatha, Asana, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin, as well as some Ayurveda knowledge. Teaching is something I really enjoy, simply because I love sharing moments, emotions, movements and giving peaceful, mindful hours full of love and awareness to others.
