Bring your own mat. The class is taught by Solveig in English. Solveig is teaching since 2017. She is a 200hrs certified yoga teacher trainer for vinyasa and hatha yoga. She has adopted further qualifications in deep tissue yoga and yoga on beat and has led several yoga evenrs and retreats.
