Solveig yoga class is a gift for your body. She is anexcellent instructor that knows how to offer an engaging and active routine.

Even while I am not able to join the class regularly I would certainly recommend English Yoga Meet Up. The classes (and locations) are always nice, especially if you like Vinyasa yoga and would like to meet new interesting people. The good thing you don't need a membership but just book and go - really convient. So why not just giving it a try :-)
