Flow with Solveig

Namaste'hey! I am Solveig and the founder of my English Yoga Meetup, which is my passion project since 2017. I have been teaching yoga ever since I have graduated from my yoga teacher training in Byron Bay, Australia.

My classes are flowy yey challenging and relaxing. All classes are designed to make you feel strong from within - and to feel good on and off the mat!
